You’ll either need to combine clothing and food or elixirs - or purchase the Rito’s Snowquill set from Rito Village’s armor shop. Make sure before you leave that you’re appropriately geared up - Hebra Mountains are a cold place, much colder than the peaks of the Great Plateau, so just having some warming food or a Quilted Doublet won’t be enough. Leave the village by jumping off Revali’s Landing facing North and stop at the large stone pillar, and then continue gliding until you make landfall.
